2. Eligibility
To use the Platform's services, you represent that: • You are at least 18 years old • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • You reside in Mexico or have the legal ability to participate from your jurisdiction • The information you provide is truthful, complete, and up to date
3. Participation Risks
When considering participation in real estate projects through the Platform, you acknowledge and accept that: • All participation in real estate projects involves inherent risks, including the possible total or partial loss of contributed capital. • Target returns presented are estimates and do not constitute guarantees of results. • The value of real estate assets may fluctuate due to market conditions, economic, regulatory, or other factors. • Project timelines may extend beyond initial estimates. • Liquidity of your participation may be limited. • Openhouseui does not guarantee returns or recovery of contributed capital.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Openhouseui or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws of Mexico and international treaties.
